Vision
Our VisionOur vision is to provide a loving, nurturing and safe home to girls and help mend the wounds caused by abuse and separation from their families. We want each girl to learn to heal, understand the abuse and learn what unconditional love really is. Our counselors, social workers, teachers, academic and health advisors in addition caring mentors and volunteers are educated, experienced and dedicated to helping empower each girl to become productive women. We have the faith in God to believe that if we will show the love of God to each girl in our home they can heal. In order to achieve and fulfill the vision that God has given us it is important that we become servants to our community. Servants carry the burdens and help wound broken spirits. Far to long we have accepted the changes in our society and our response is "that's way things are now." We have accepted the wrong as right and right as wrong or we just have no opinion. In our home, we have hope in the promises of God and belief that as we open our hearts with unconditional love; open our hands to provide comfort and open our minds to the needs of children, together with our families, our neighbors, and partners - we can make a difference. We agree with President Obama, "together we can make a difference" in the lives of our children and show them we do keep our promises. |
